7 Restorative Days in the Finnish Wilderness
Disconnect from the chaos of the day-to-day and allow yourself to lean into a wilder and simpler way of being - leaving your roles, your scroll, your shoulds behind - and come home to who you are, beneath it all.
A week to slow down.
A week to listen.
Where everything
unnecessary falls away.
NATURE
Welcome to an unforgettable journey into the wild landscapes of Finnish Nature. Nature isn’t just scenery here, it’s the backdrop to personal transformation. An intentional inner journey through the week.
You can feel the shift, not just in the landscape, but in your body. Nature is preparing to exhale, and you, too, are invited to slow down. To listen. To ground.
It’s a time for picking the blueberries, and if you listen closely, silence feels like company.
The Place
We gather in the Finnish wilderness
at the turning point of the season.
The light softens.
The forests grow quieter.
The lakes begin to mirror the changing sky.
The body naturally follows.
There is something about the Finnish
landscape that invites silence.
The forests.
The spaciousness.
Here, slowing down doesn’t need to be forced.
Nature quietly shows the way.
Late August is a season of quiet transition.
Summer has begun to soften.
The forests are full of blueberries.
Mornings carry the first hint of autumn.
The lakes remain warm.
Nature begins to exhale.
And often, we begin to exhale too.
The Rhytm
Days unfold simply.
Morning begins in stillness.
A soft arrival into the body.
The rest of the day moves gently through:
• time in nature
• deep rest
• being alone, and together
Some days include gentle guidance.
Some days offer only spaciousness.
Evenings soften further through:
• Finnish sauna
• wild swimming
• silence
This is a retreat of:
• listening to the body
• allowing the nervous system to soften
• sensing more, speaking less
• healing sound
• quiet somatic awareness
• slow intuitive movement
• meditation in nature
• forest bathing
• shared silence
There is no pressure to participate.
No expectation to open.
You are met exactly where you are.
SAUNA · WATER · FOREST
The Finnish elements are not activities.
They are part of the experience.
The warmth of the sauna.
The stillness of the lake.
The quiet intelligence of the forest.
No rituals to perform.
No roles to take.
Only direct experience.

What Remains?
Nothing dramatic needs to happen here.
Often, what changes is almost invisible.
The breath deepens.
The shoulders soften.
The mind grows quieter.
And something essential becomes clear again.
You are not coming here to find something new.
You are coming back
to what has been waiting.
Stillness has never left you.
It has simply been waiting
beneath the noise.
Return to Stillness.
You might return home with:
More grounded clarity - gained not from thinking, but from getting still and being fully present.
A slower inner rhythm that helps you resist the pull of urgency and performative living.
A heart full of fresh air, wild waters, and mossy stillness.
The courage to let go of what no longer serves you, and the vision to imagine something new.
A deeper trust in your own desires, and direction.
A fresh way of seeing yourself and the world
