Lempeästi kannateltu äänimatka, joka kutsuu sinut laskeutumaan syvempään yhteyteen itsesi kanssa.
On hetkiä, jolloin hiljaisuus alkaa kutsua.
Ei siksi, että jotain puuttuisi,
vaan siksi, että jokin sinussa haluaa tulla kuulluksi.
Tämä ilta on kutsu laskeutua.
Pois tekemisestä.
Kohti aistimista.
Aloitamme yhteisellä meditaatiolla ja kehon lempeällä herättelyllä. Sen jälkeen saat käydä mukavasti makuulle ja antaa äänten kannatella sinua.
Didgeridoo, gongi, rumpu, kitara ja intuitiivinen laulu avaavat tilan, jossa voit vain olla.
Ilman rooleja.
Ilman odotuksia.
Ääni kuljettaa sinua lempeästi syvemmälle kehoon, värähtelyihin, jotka muistavat enemmän kuin mieli.
Ehkä huomaat hengityksen muuttuvan.
Ehkä keho pehmenee.
Ehkä jokin vanha saa vihdoin liikkua.
Tai ehkä vain lepäät.
Se riittää.
Seremonia kestää noin 60–75 minuuttia. Sen jälkeen tila jää vielä hetkeksi avoimeksi – voit halutessasi jäädä teelle ja lempeään yhdessäoloon.

Áilo Valo on äänen, läsnäolon ja kehollisuuden tutkija sekä turvallisen tilan kannattelija. Hänen työnsä kutsuu hidastamaan, laskeutumaan kehoon ja muistamaan, ettei mitään tarvitse korjata. Syvän läsnäolon, äänen ja kehollisen kokemisen kautta hän luo tiloja, joissa voit tulla kohdatuksi juuri sellaisena kuin olet.
Igor on autenttisen itseilmaisun tutkailija, jota kiehtovat ääni, liike, tunteet ja hienovaraisemmat värähtelyt. Hänen intohimonsa on syvä läsnäolo – liike, joka syntyy tyyneydestä, ääni, joka syntyy hiljaisuudesta, sekä luottamus ja tieto, jotka kumpuavat sisältäpäin.
Yhdessä luomme tiloja, joissa ei tarvitse suorittaa, tietää tai olla mitään enempää. Uskomme, että kun ihminen tuntee olonsa riittävän turvalliseksi pysähtyä, jotakin aitoa voi nousta esiin aivan itsestään.

A gently guided sound journey, inviting you to return to a deeper connection with yourself.
There are moments when silence begins to call.
Not because something is missing,
but because something within you longs to be heard.
This evening is an invitation to slow down.
To step away from doing.
To return to sensing.
We begin with a gentle guided meditation and soft movement to awaken the body. Then you are invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply allow yourself to be held by sound.
The grounding vibrations of the didgeridoo, gong, drum, guitar and intuitive voice create a space where nothing is expected of you.
No roles to carry.
No expectations.
Nothing to achieve.
Just space to be.
Sound gently guides you deeper into your body, into vibrations that remember more than the thinking mind ever could.
Perhaps your breath begins to soften.
Perhaps your body lets go.
Perhaps something that has been waiting finally begins to move.
Or perhaps you simply rest.
That is enough.
The ceremony lasts approximately 60–75 minutes. Afterwards, you are warmly invited to stay for tea and gentle time together.

Igor explores authentic self-expression through sound, movement, emotions and the subtle energies that unfold in a safe and accepting space. His passion is profound presence—the movement that arises from stillness, the voice that emerges from silence, and the trust and inner knowing that come from within.
Together, we create spaces where there is nothing to perform, nothing to prove and nowhere else you need to be. We believe that when people feel safe enough to slow down, something deeply authentic naturally begins to emerge.
